Fever Pitch - Alpha

Enter a world of Curses and blood, of haunted forests and ruined streets. A band of Outcasts with strange abilities despised by the mundane, the faithful, and the arcane alike band together to face the Cursed creatures of the world while finding their own paths.

Fever Pitch is a TTRPG for 3-5 Outcasts and 1 GM, and features:

• 8 Outcast Playbooks, each with unique, evocative themes and paths to leveling up, including the Drinker, a cursed who mutates by eating the hearts of the powerful, the Star-Witness, who hears secrets from things behind the night's sky, and the Arcanist Apostate, an ex-clergy member who casts Rotes and Spells from a forbidden Grimoire.
• A streamlined, dangerous combat system that relies of player creativity and GM rulings powered by Caltrop Core.
• A Desperation system, where being on the verge of death unlocks a characters full potential.
• A set of 9 Curses to contest with, including Zoanthropy, the hybridization of two creatures,  and the Curse of the Forgotten, afflicting those who lose themselves in their search for power.
•  More than 30 foes to encounter, including the Holy Curse Hunter, variants of  Vampires, and the Numb Mercenary.
• Tools for making your own foes and Curses to contend with.
• A template to help make your own Playbooks if you want.

This is the Alpha Release of Fever Pitch.  It does not contain art or complex layout. The core content, while mostly finished, may be added to, and  will be refined over time. Additionally, I plan to add art and layout design over time, and the Alpha has been released to help raise money for that. The price will be increased over time, but any purchase will grant access to all future versions.  Additionally, each purchase of the Alpha will add a community copy to the full release.
